The 30-minute WSB-TV, Channel 2(ABC) special entitled "Labor of Love" featuring Dr Genevieve Fairbrother and Dr Tom Trevett airs on Wednesday, August 31st, at 8pm. This campaign seeks to raise awareness of the importance of 39+ week deliveries. Watch for the PSA by the March of Dimes raising awareness of the importance of waiting to deliver until 39 weeks.
2011 Walt Orenstein Champions for Immunization Award honored The Atlanta Women's Health Group a consortium of elite ob/gyn practices of which we are a part. "..AWHG filled a gap for preventive medicine services for their patients. In addition, to being one of the first OB/GYN practice to implement a full adult vaccination service for their clients, this group has greatly influenced other OB/GYN practices interested in adopting this model.."
