We now have a
confidential
laboratory results access line! At your visit, you will receive a
business card with your ID number, instructions and the phone number
for the automated results line. Just call the number and follow the
prompts to obtain your results. Don't forget to keep your ID number
handy when calling. Should you misplace your card or if we fail to
give you one at your appointment, simply call the office and a
receptionist will be happy to provide you with this information
(after verifying your identity).
All normal results and
some abnormal results can be obtained using this system. If your
results are abnormal and require some explanation or discussion you will receive a phone call from your medical provider or
a nurse. Your results take some time to process - you may
expect that they will be
available in the following timeframes (may be slightly longer around
the holidays).

Pap Smears: 2-3 weeks after your
appointment

Biopsies: 10-14 business days after
your appointment

Blood work: 10-14 business days
after your appointment

Cultures: 2-3 weeks after your
appointment
Mammogram results will
not be on the messaging system. We will send a notification by mail
of all results within 7-10 business days unless we’re
awaiting prior films for comparison.
