Knowledge is power, and a better understanding of the birth process will allow a couple to enter childbirth more relaxed, confident and empowered. This class is for everyone, whether you want an epidural, a natural birth or a wait-and-see approach. We will present birthing options as well as what to expect during labor and delivery. Our primary objective is a safe birth, however we also want to help provide a satisfying birth experience, which we understand is different for everyone. Classes are led by the Certified Nurse Midwives of OB/GYN of Atlanta. We feel that learning childbirth practices and policies from practitioners who deliver babies with this practice is the best way to get the most relevant, accurate and applicable information.  All classes are on Saturday and are from 9 am until 2pm. 2010 class schedule: June 12^th and 26^th July 10^th and 24^th August 14^th and 28^th September 11^th and 25^th October 9^th and 23^rd November 6^th and 20^th December 4^th and 18^th Tuition Fee per couple is $90.00 and is paid on the day of the class to the midwife that is teaching.
